Shipping Policy

Please note: there are high number of delays with parcels due to COVID-19.

All orders are packed and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours of you placing the order using NZ post, NZ Couriers or other Courier companies depending on your location and available service. These timeframe do not apply to products that are listed as pre-order.

Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number, you can check the status of delivery using the given tracking number. The package will be delivered to the address you entered at the checkout, please ensure the information is accurate. Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO boxes.

We endeavor to deliver the packages to our customers. Standard delivery time frame is between 3 to 10 business days for international shipping and 1 to 3 business days for domestic. However, you may receive your items earlier or later. 

Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs, unexpected weather condition or other postal delays. If you haven't received your item after 10 business days, please contact us: info@heliostia.com and provide your order numbers or tracking number, we will follow up for you. 

Import Duties/Taxes

Orders shipped to oversea may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees  depending on the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient (customer) and Heliostia has no control over those charges and it's not included in the item price.  Please contact your local customs office for more information.
